What SFTenders is
SFTenders is a research and matching service for the Salesforce ecosystem. We publish researched profiles of Salesforce implementation partners and ISVs, help you build a structured project brief, and show which partners fit the requirements in your brief — with the reasons and evidence behind every result. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Who can use it
You can browse and build briefs without an account. Creating and saving briefs requires an account, which needs a working email address. You must give accurate information when you create one and not use the service to misrepresent yourself or your organisation.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the register in bulk, resell its data, attempt to access other users’ briefs, or use the service in a way that degrades it for everyone else. Automated access is supported only through the published MCP connector and its documented limits.
Your account
You are responsible for the briefs you create and the accuracy of what you tell us. You can delete your account, which deletes your briefs (see the data policy).
The nature and limits of partner evidence
Partner profiles are compiled from public sources, partner-supplied information, and our own research. Every claim is labelled with its source and checked date, and anything unverified is labelled as such — but labels are not guarantees. Information can be out of date, incomplete, or disputed. Where we don’t know something, we say so rather than guess.
No guarantee of outcomes
Matching shows which partners fit the requirements in your brief, with the reasons shown. It is decision support, not an endorsement, and we do not guarantee any partner’s availability, suitability, pricing, or outcomes. You are responsible for your own procurement, security, legal, and commercial review before engaging any partner. SFTenders is not a party to any engagement you enter into.
Intellectual property
The research, profiles, and compiled data on SFTenders are ours. Salesforce, AppExchange, and partner names and marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification. Briefs you write remain your information (see the data policy for how we handle it).
Suspension and termination
We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or its users at risk. You can stop using the service at any time; account deletion removes your briefs.
Liability and governing law
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFTenders is not liable for decisions made or engagements entered into on the basis of information published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction SFTenders operates from; the governing entity and law are named once the corporate structure is finalised.
Contact
Questions about these terms, or a correction to anything published, go through the site’s contact and correction forms — see corrections.
