SFTenders should be usable by everyone. We hold every page to concrete bars rather than good intentions, and we say where we fall short.

The bars we hold

• Contrast: text meets the contrast ratios in our design system, measured before each release, not just at design time.
• Keyboard: every interactive control is reachable and usable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip link past the header.
• Touch targets: links and buttons meet a minimum 44px touch target on small screens.
• Reflow: pages remain usable down to 320px width without horizontal scrolling.

Known gaps

We're publishing this statement while parts of the site are still being brought up to the bars above. Where a page hasn't been measured yet, treat it as unmeasured rather than passed — and tell us.
